The Exquisite Link Between Hypnosis And Weight Loss

Hypnosis motivates a person to focus and search inwardly, to use all his learning and skills to resolve his problems and to do so with the help of unconscious learning and understanding. This process is the same that scientists do when they ‘dream up’ inventions and theories. In a hypnotic trance a person may experience remembering and forgetting, imaginings and creativity and an enhanced sense of self. It produces the ability to experience thoughts and images as real. Hence many problems which you face today can be solved through hypnosis. Hypnosis and weight loss are so inter-connected that you can expect complete solution to your weight gain problems.

Changing the Habits That Weigh You Down

The doctors, the dietitians, the nutritionists, the fitness books all say “eating right and exercising more is the key to losing weight.” So why isn’t it that easy? Through my experience as a certified hypnotherapist, I have found that the main reason why the diets and fitness fads have not helped you to create permanent weight loss changes is because you have not truly made a lifestyle change. In order to make a change in one’s daily behaviors, a change needs to be made in one’s perceptions and beliefs. Those perceptions and beliefs, include beliefs about your body image, self worth, and also the beliefs and perceptions about your relationship with food. The beliefs and perceptions related to the behaviors that are keeping you heavy can also be connected to a number of other issues: stress, anxiety, how you react to people, places and events around you, as well as fears and phobias.

A Habit to Call my Own

Comfort food is something we crave when we are tired, sad, lonely, stressed or even happy. We all have our own favorite comfort food, for me it is Jack in the Box tacos.
